APPLICATION FIELD
These present conditions apply to the purchase of products or services on the Internet website www.signoo.com. Consequently, ordering on signoo.com involves the purchaser’s entire agreement without reservation to these general conditions of sale.
PRICES
The prices of our products are mentioned in euros all taxes included.
SIGNOO reserves itself the right to modify its prices at any moment, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the tariffs in effect when the order will be registered, subject to availability at this date.
The products belong to SIGNOO until the payment is completely made.
DELIVERY
Price for delivery : your delivery is free of charge in France, Switzerland and for all the countries of the European Union
Delay of delivery : Signoo commits itself to deliver your order within 5 working days in France a soon as we receive your payment. (See page “delivery” for international and French department overseas conditions.)
Our deliveries are provided by La Poste in priority mail or “Distingo” in France and for international destinations and will be dropped off in your letter-box.
Signoo can’t be responsible for the delayed deliveries due to the dysfunctions of La Poste (partial or total strikes, flooding or fire…)
PAYMENT
Signoo offers you three methods of payment :
- On-line order on the website with payment by credit card (secure payment). : Each on-line order will be confirmed to the purchaser by Signoo with an e-mail confirming your payment in the following minutes.
- Order by telephone and payment by credit card. :
You can order by calling 04 50 66 06 45 and we will note your order and make the payment for you with your credit card number.
You will also receive a payment confirmation in the following minutes if you have an e-mail address.
- Order by mail and payment by cheque or postal money-order :
Cheques must be written out to the order of “SIGNOO” and attached to the manual purchase order you would have beforehand printed.
Warning: your order will be processed only on reception of your payment. We thank you for sending us your cheque or money-order as soon as you validate your order.
PRODUCTS CONFORMITY
Warning :
it is very important that you double check before sending your order: the spelling of your text as well as the criteria chosen for your personalization.
If you make a mistake, we will unfortunately not be able to compensate you or launch another production free of charge.
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
The usual right to rescinding applied in the field of sale can’t be exercised for personalized products according to the consumer specificities in accordance with the L.121-20-2 article of the Consumer Code.
If any product is not in accordance with your order, you have a 7 working days delay at your disposal from the day of your order to send us back the goods.
Warning : Any return must be the subject of a preliminary agreement.
1 - Contact us by calling 04 50 66 06 45 or writing to contact@signoo.com to notify the noticed mistake to us. We will give you a return number to indicate on your parcel.
2 - Products must be sent back to our address by normal post, in their original and complete packing with your return number.
3 - After verifying the non-conformity of the product by our services, your merchandise will immediately be replaced and your sending costs will be reimbursed according to the postal rates in effect.
RESPONSIBILITY
The products are in accordance to the French legislation in effect and to the standards applicable in France. The responsibility of Signoo could not be engaged in case of non-respect of the law of the country where the product is delivered (for instance in case of interdiction of a product…).
You have to check with the local authorities the possibilities of import or use of the products or services you plan to order. Photos are displayed as illustrations. We invite you to refer to the specifications of each product to know their precise characteristics.
Signoo is only responsible for the content of the pages they edit.
APPLICABLE LAW – LITIGATION
The present agreement is submitted to the French law. In case of litigation, the court of Bonneville will only be competent.
NOMINAL INFORMATION
According to the law “informatique et libertés” of the 6th of January 1978, you have an access, a correction or opposition right at your disposal to the personal data concerning you. You just need to ask for it on-line or by regular mail specifying your first name, name and address.
