1 - On-line payment by credit card. (Secure transaction)

It is at present the most secure and faster way to put in your orders which will be processed the same day.

1 - All the payments made on our website are encoded and entirely secured.
Your payment by credit card is directly made on the Caisse d'épargne secure server on our account: your browser will display the symbol  
to confirm the protection as soon as you enter the payment page to process your personal code.

2 - Confidentiality and integrity of the transaction: your credit card number never circulates in clear on Internet and can neither be given nor memorized. Exchanges are encoded and secured from your computer to the bank server thanks to the SSL3 protocol (Secure Socket Layer), absolute reference as far as bank security is concerned.

3 - When you click on the “validate” key, you save and transmit your order. A confirmation of this saving is displayed and an acknowledgement of receipt is directly sent to your e-mail address.


The ID Tronic payment system is also available. (Reserved to the Caisse d’Epargne customer).



2 - Payment by telephone by credit card.

You can order by calling 04 50 66 06 45 from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM. We will note your order and make the payment for you with your credit card number.
You will also receive a payment confirmation in the following minutes if you have an e-mail address.



3 - Payment by cheque or postal money-order

You can pay your order by cheque or postal money-order. Follow the regular procedure for your order and when you are on the payment page, select “payment by cheque” or “payment by postal money-order”.

Send your order by post with your cheque or money-order written out to the order of “SIGNOO” to the following address. SIGNOO – BP 60312 – 74493 Annecy-le-Vieux cedex.

Warning: your order will be processed only on reception of your payment. We thank you for sending us your cheque or money-order as soon as you validate your order.
