What can I do if I receive my labels with a text or image error?

You must carefully check the text of your order (name and first name) before you validate it. Your labels will be printed out according to the registered data you sent.
However, if the mistake is ours, the product will be replaced free of charge and without delay. Call us as soon as you receive it to know the procedure: your request must be done within 7 days after reception.
